Royal Mills is a high-end luxury condominium and rental development which strives to provide its residents with every amenity they need. Demand for additional parking quickly became an issue at Royal Mills due to the limited number of spaces in their converted parking garage; however the concept of constructing additional above-ground parking was simply not possible due to historic preservation requirements. The Harding Steel Solution was to provide residents with a unique Self Park system for residents, installing 110 SUV Lifts to create additional parking spaces. The easy-to-use SUV Lifts allow individual residents to operate the systems themselves and alleviated the issue of limited parking in this unique adapive reuse project. |
