Growing up in the parking lift business, Phil Harding carries on the company’s reputation of excellence. After obtaining his law degree from the University of Denver, Phil entered private practice while remaining closely connected to the family business.  In 1999, Phil was named Chairman and CEO. Phil oversees the legal, financial, contracting, and corporate marketing functions at Harding Steel from our corporate offices in Denver, Colorado.

Jim Myers was named President and Chief Operating Officer of Harding Steel in 2005, after four years as the firm’s master distributor in the mid-Atlantic and Southeast markets. Jim manages corporate operations including sales, marketing, product development, manufacturing, accounting and field operations.  Jim is a veteran of Washington D.C.’s high-technology industry, with more than 25 years of experience managing, building and creating innovative software and technology-related businesses. In 2000, Jim entered the world of mechanical and automated parking as an investor and industry advocate; later becoming the founder and CEO of Parking Innovations, Inc.   Jim is widely respected in the parking lift industry for his design and application expertise.  Jim holds a BA and MBA from the University of Rochester (NY).

Sy Zuckerman manages Harding Steel’s national sales operations and is our ambassador to the parking industry. With more than 20 years in the business, Sy is recognized throughout the industry as “Mr. Parking Lift”. Sy was a founding partner of the original Space Maker Parking Systems dating back to 1987, and joined Harding Steel as its national sales director in 1997.

Bill D’Amico serves as our Director of Technical Services. Bill manages all aspects of Harding’s product installation, service, and support operations throughout the U.S. and Canada. Based in Kearny, New Jersey, Bill manages Harding’s warehouse operations, installation resources, procurement, and product testing and development. He is a 20-year veteran of the New York parking lift industry, having designed, installed, and serviced many types of parking lifts.

Ryan Myers serves as National Project Manager and Senior Account Executive for Harding’s Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, and West Coast regions  He also overseas quality control, marketing, and distributor relationships.. Ryan joined Harding Steel in 2007 with experience in auto retail and service operations. Ryan provides support to our rapidly growing auto retail clients and related businesses.   He is a 2004 graduate of Radford University in Virginia.
