“We first used Harding Steel at The Parker Apartments in December 2012 where they installed 100 spaces of hydraulically operated parking stackers. Our project required a dry flood proofed basement and the use of stackers allowed us to dramatically reduce our below ground garage size; saving a tremendous amount of construction costs.
