Harding Autopark Systems was approached by the client for this new construction project in Seattle.The challenge was the site needed to be able to retain all additional campus parking within the confines of the building site. The other challenge was the calculated throughput required to successfully park cars throughout clinic hours. The client needed to be able to park in and park out 150 cars per hour, based on their parking calculations throughout the campus. That was no small feat.  Working with Wöhr, Harding APS was able to configure a unique Multiparker 730 automated parking system that is able to accomplish 150 car throughput per hour. This unique system is comprised of 3 levels of parking, 176 parking pallets, 161 parking places, 6 shuttles with turning devices, 5 lifts, and 5 entrance cabins. This is also the first fully automated parking system on the West Coast to have fully integrated EV charging in the system. All of these cars are parked within 25,650 square feet of the site footprint. Working with GLY, Wöhr, and ZGF, Harding was able to install and complete this project in March 2023.
